Privacy policy

Your answers to the intake questions. Your CV, if you upload one. The plans you start, the tasks you complete, and the weekly feedback you give. An email address to create your account — an account is required before any plan, free or paid, can be generated or saved. Basic device and usage data so the app keeps working.

We use a small number of specialist providers to run DreamPivot. They process data on our instructions, under contract, and only for the purposes below — they don’t use your data for their own purposes.

Firebase / Google Cloud Platform — user authentication, our application database, and cloud storage for the app’s operation.

Google Gemini API — used to generate your report and plan content. If you upload a CV or PDF, its content is sent to the Gemini API so it can extract relevant details and generate personalised insights. Gemini processes this content to return a result to DreamPivot; it is not used by Google to train their models under our current API terms.

RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and subscription receipt validation for the Pro tier. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription status information; it does not receive your CV, survey answers, or plan content.

Because these providers operate infrastructure outside the UK/EU, including in the United States, your data may be transferred internationally as part of using DreamPivot. Where this happens, it’s covered by each provider’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't build profiles for anyone but you. We don't need your real name to run a Sprint.

To read your situation and produce your nine paths. To adapt your plan week by week. To take payment if you upgrade. To fix things when they break.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account deletes your plans and answers. Email us and we'll act within 30 days.

DreamPivot is for people aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
